百貨公司大減價,血拼完畢,當然要補充體力啦。大埔超級城地下新開了茶餐廳2.0。叫得茶餐廳,港式風味走唔甩,平民價格。晚市有超抵食的小菜套餐,常餐和石燒系列都係推介之選。甜品以雞蛋仔最為吸引。今晚點了兩個石燒系列,挪威鮮三文魚柳$88和德國咸豬手$108。石燒系列全部都係用燒都熱辣辣的鐵板上菜,把燒汁淋在原隻德國豬手上,立即滋滋作響,鐵板魔力十足。豬手肉厚,外層非常脆皮,內裡肉質保持鮮嫩,咸度適中。粗薯條在鐵板保溫下,食到尾仍脆口。挪威鮮三文魚柳,肉質嫩滑,上到鐵板啱啱好,一點腥味都無。甜品當然係香蕉千層雞蛋仔 $38雞蛋仔即叫即做,熱辣辣出爐,蛋漿調教得啱啱好,脆口兼蛋味濃郁,配上香滑嘅雲尼拿雪糕,估唔到佢同香蕉、雞蛋仔係咁夾,滿足晒視覺同味覺。北海道牛乳蛋糕$30 ,奶味濃厚,性價比十足,屬驚喜之選。雪泡變奏(跟餐$20)茶餐廳點少得足料羅宋湯。
