荃灣扒房唔多,突然想食牛扒時都幾傷腦筋,但早排朋友推薦一間連鎖嘅石版燒牛扒舖頭俾我,我覺得佢性價比相當高。鋪面光鮮,當晚去到時候人流都唔少,幾乎滿座,同朋友一齊都要等一陣先入到去,入到去店員指示我哋先購票後入座,十足去咗日本餐廳一樣。今次order 咗個 180g嘅牛肩排,只需$80,仲包埋任食沙律、白飯同麵豉湯。啱晒一眾大食之人嚟呢到大快朵頤!!!🤣🤣牛肩肉大約5分鐘之後就上枱,肉上面仲有幾片炸蒜,餐廳寫明每塊牛扒只會為客人燒一成熟,其餘生熟程度都係由客人自己去控制。牛肩肉望落中間有條好大嘅根,但其實食起上嚟一啲都唔影響口感,唔會覺得條筋咬唔斷,兼且肉味仲相當香濃。進餐嘅時候,店員都會過嚟詢問要唔要更換石版,以確保石板有足夠溫度去燒熱牛扒,服務抵讚!!!👍🏻👍🏻
