To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 中午突然起了興致,4個人去嘆中午茶哈,見石門有彩福,試過紅磡那間幾次都很滿意,便提議到這間試試看。中午時間都幾乎爆滿,幸好預約了台子。這間點心種類多,而且不少都頗具特色,也有大眾熱門愛吃的,算是照顧了不同類型的客人。下邊這個脆絲炸春卷就外邊炸得蘿蔔絲很香脆,裡頭海鮮餡料又熱又軟,有口感有層次很不錯。旋風流心包,裡頭的奶黃真的是流心,熱騰騰上籠一定要趁早吃,外邊包皮軟彈,裡頭流心香濃,很好味。香脆豆腐粒自然是外脆內軟,皮不厚火喉控制得不錯。豆味都濃郁,很香口。另外點了蕃茄蠔仔粥,一般來說,浸什麼蠔仔粥會加蕃茄,加了後又酸又甜挺開胃,比想像中清新好吃。因時間關係打包燕窩燉蛋白,蛋白燉得很香滑又香濃的椰奶蛋白味,上邊有燕窩增加口感,很不錯的一餐茶哈。
