To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 最近我去咗石門區一間茶樓,真係好好食!佢哋嘅蝦餃真係一絕,皮薄餡靚,每一口都充滿鮮蝦嘅鮮味,咬下去口感滑溜,真係令人回味無窮。除此之外,鮑魚燒賣都唔錯,鮑魚嘅風味和肉餡配合得宜,味道非常出色。我最鍾意嘅係椰子燉蛋白,口感細膩,椰香濃郁,甜度剛好,食完真係好滿足。不過呢,呢個甜品成日都會賣晒,所以如果想食,記得早啲去!每次我都會特意提早到,因為知道呢個一定要試。整體來講,呢間茶樓嘅點心品質高,無論係蝦餃、燒賣定係椰子燉蛋白,都有佢哋獨特嘅魅力。環境舒適,服務態度亦都好,真係值得推介!如果你喺石門區,唔好錯過呢間茶樓,保證會讓你食得開心!下次我一定會再返去,試多啲其他點心!
