To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 假日去了沙田踩單車,其實數數手指,大大話話超過10年無去踩單車,途經石門區,覺得它的變化很大。以前是工廠區和未開發區,現在已興建了很多屋苑、商廈、商場、學校。既然來到,大家便在這裡吃個晏,順便休息一下。這間彩福酒家真的很大 (極可能是因為它座落於這個新開發地方,新的是地方),裝修很裝潢華麗。我們點了些點心和一個套餐。套餐$168,有菜、有燒腩仔和班腩炒河,這個套餐算抵食。其他點心是水餃、鯪魚球、牛肚、黑糖馬拉糕、上湯鮮竹卷,還有一個較得色的沙薑炒淮山。說老實,食品質素只是一般般,但是,環境算不錯。
