同家人試下新開的蒸廬,經常行過都見好多人等位,應該不錯的,而且望見餐牌價錢抵食。先叫栗子蟲草花花膠燉雞湯$48,足料有粟子、蟲草花、雞同花膠,超清甜,面層有輕微雞油,相信用鮮雞肉泡製,另一款叫了猴頭菇螺片燉瘦肉湯$38,都好鮮甜,瘦肉夠腍。相信真材實料無添加味精的。
點心叫了晶瑩蝦餃$28,用皮薄餡靚來形容,裡面有好多隻蝦,夠爽口,唔算太油膩。叫了鳳爪排骨南瓜飯$50, 用了籠仔盛載的蒸飯,較有特色而且圳好大籠,排骨同鳳爪份量都好多,最新穎係加了南瓜,增加健康感覺。瑤柱蝦米煎腸粉$28,煎至微香口,有好多條,多蝦米仔帶香味。再來薑汁小籠包$24,用錫紙兜住易拎起食,加少許醋食,皮不算厚,加了薑汁減去溜的味道,夾埋豬肉鮮甜多汁。甜品叫了紅豆杞子桂花糕$20,好驚喜勁多紅豆,起沙的口感,襯埋杞子一齊食好清甜。茶方面叫了陳皮普洱,一解肥膩感,陳皮好香,茶夠香醇,用套餐價加$24。其實還有好多款點心可選擇,下次再來食。
