To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 見到大快活晚飯又有新推介叫左黑椒牛柳拚牛利石頭飯.一心一意都想到石頭飯會帶點醬汁, 點知取飯時見到成個石頭飯都係乾渣渣連半點醬汁都沒有.細問店員下佢叫我自行加D豉油因這個石頭飯係沒有跟汁.最終係火鍋配料處自行加左蔥花豉油, 幸好加有D豉油同蔥花, 如果唔係整個飯都幾乾, 石頭夠熱食到尾都有飯焦唔錯, 牛柳同牛利都算唔錯, 牛柳夠淋身而牛利就夠厚身啖啖肉.
