To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

由中學開始我就好鍾意食上海弄堂d菜肉餛飩！天后呢間上海弄堂依然保持水準～夜晚6幾7店食客唔多，反而靜d坐得舒服d～小籠包(4隻）$40呢度嘅小籠包質素幾高，因為佢嘅餡好juicy多湯，一口一件就啱啱好！佢嘅皮唔算好薄，但反而咁就唔會好易穿！一定要趁熱食！砂鍋餛飩雞 (1/4隻）- 配6隻菜肉餛飩 $112湯底係好濃郁嘅雞味，飲落非常順喉。雞件都幾大件，而且係非常滑嫩！而菜肉餛飩就keep到水準，食落好有菜味！不過如果再多啲餡嘅話會更加好！擔擔麵 $49好耐冇食過擔擔麵，所以今次就叫咗一碗淨擔擔麵嚟試下～ 湯有少少辣味同埋幾多花生碎，食落唔係好重花生味，就算唔食得好辣/唔鍾意花生味嘅人都可以一試！桂花酒釀丸子$32好重酒味！丸子口感唔會好粉，煙韌得嚟又唔會黐牙～
