好多時,餐廳開左分店,又或者搬左鋪,水準同風味已經不再,例子真係多到你唔信,今次主角係由地牢搬上對面樓既新寧。是日預先訂了枱,係食後一輪既八點,準時黎到,不過都要等到八點三先有得入座,其實要等多陣都真係無咩所謂,不過門口的小姐竟然來過黑面,確實係有點hard feeling。到一坐底既時候,坦白講,餐牌都未打開就有位人兄企係黎隔離期望你落單,雖然都預先想好食D乜,不過都想望下MENU,睇下有冇驚喜,乜得佢真係咁趕收工咩,定係仲想做多輪生意呢?說多了,講返食野,先黎既小餐飽係一貫既熱,是穩陣的。唔係個個叫餐既關係,湯只有兩款,係蘑菇湯同周打魚湯,濃郁就係本身既賣點,市面上有不少西餐老店既餐湯已經稀釋得飲不下去,這裡的依舊濃郁,還是飲得過的。吃主菜前有焗田螺同焗西蘭花。焗田螺,薯蓉有芝士香味,焗得熱烘烘,調味正正常常,基本上都冇失手既地方。焗西蘭花,芝士夠多就係呢味既特色。我來這裡的首選係牛仔柳。汁依舊濃郁,肉軟腍,無牙黎食都唔成問題,不過牛柳本身無咩肉味,個味係靠個汁,有點失色了的牛柳。豬手係另一款我會叫的,鹹味唔多夠,肉算是幼滑,可以叫做挽回D分數。羊架要五成熟,不過應該有八成,正正常

甜品點了香蕉批用雪山,雪山依舊經典,蕉批偏甜,不過個甜都係可接受,兩款都不錯。埋尾的檸茶,其實不太特別,不過最近飲了不對路的檸茶,貼出黎,都係想講睇色水,這樣先叫正常的檸茶,唔係黑媽媽,檸檬係底果D LAW。

跟以往比較,主菜水準真係很一般,唔通真係中左搬左鋪水準不再既魔咒。
