To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

碟碟大滿足屯門呢間元氣好旺，每次拎飛起碼等30張枱以上，今次六點半左右攞位7:30鐘有得入，都等左成個鐘。元氣高速線店舖，每次只可以點六客食物。🍣無可否認嘅喺，呢度嘅壽司同埋刺身都十分新鮮，份量十足，絕對唔係薄切。特別推介嘅係，蝦肉蟹膏軍艦，先前嘅蝦肉撈埋蟹膏都幾好食；醬燒三文魚薄切，燒汁嘅味道調味得好好而且三文魚燒的得好香，juicy!今次仲叫咗小食炸三文魚皮，好薄嘅三文魚皮包住好厚嘅炸粉，淨係食到好油膩嘅炸粉味，的確麻麻，下次都唔會再叫😬😬
