To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 聽說很好吃的大中華飯店,昨晚終於一試。門面有d老舊,坐下後枱上面有個大銀盆供客人洗碗筷,然後有一塊落單牌放於枱上,食咩自己寫?!問一問,真係要自己寫架 三個人揀左好耐,呢度既食物選擇唔多,但每款都似乎好好食,認真難揀。最後order左4樣野,無骨鳳爪、炸子雞、香煎墨魚餅、琵琶豆腐。首先講講無骨鳳爪 - 酸辣的味道,酸味較重,鳳爪本身做得幾好,所以都ok好食香煎墨魚餅 - 爽口好味,不過就油左d炸子雞 - 皮脆肉嫩,好食!!琵琶豆腐 - 呢味菜認真麻麻地,味道不討好,而且朋友食到其中一粒有酸味,天氣熱豆腐都係爭d。大中華食物整體上是ok的,不過枱上總是有一d小飛飛走黎走去 不過咁先叫地道嘛!

三個人揀左好耐,呢度既食物選擇唔多,但每款都似乎好好食,認真難揀。

首先講講無骨鳳爪 - 酸辣的味道,酸味較重,鳳爪本身做得幾好,所以都ok好食
