今晚同朋友去了間以居酒屋以木系風格為主嘅居酒屋,這裡主打碳燒串燒,有不同款串燒款式選擇,今晚就點了這些燒鱈魚乾,以碳燒過,入口非常香脆,加埋沙律醬,入口更惹味!燒墨魚,墨魚彈牙煙韌,入口鮮味濃郁,充滿炭香!加埋個海鮮醬味道更鮮香!月見免治雞肉棒,肥嘟嘟雞肉棒上帶點微甜的燒汁,燒到雞肉棒內雞軟骨脆脆,入口香軟得黎又帶脆卜卜口感,最後加上濃郁的生蛋黃做醬汁,讓雞肉串變得口感豐富而且多一層蛋香。日式炸雞,一口大小,以醬油、料理酒、蒜和薑調味和醃製,再以油炸方式去烹調。 師傅將雞件炸得外脆內軟,充滿肉汁和雞的鮮甜。手羽中,手羽燒至外皮金黃香脆,口感非常嫩滑、細膩。豚肉萬能蔥卷,豚肉脂肪比例剛好唔會話太肥膩配埋日本地道萬能蔥,入口清新香口,口感清脆爽口,相當特別!鮮榨菠蘿冰,以清新香濃嘅鮮菠蘿,加冰🧊同梳打水打成配搭清新,入口解膩!
