To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

富和哩個舖頭, 都唔知轉咗幾多手, 而我一次都未幫襯過, 今次幫襯全因門口寫住"宵夜"兩字而被吸引, 當時成晚上十點幾, 去到葉記又無開, 楚撚記又突然早收工, 經過富和見佢未收工, 咪走入去幫襯.點咗個魚香茄子煲, 椒鹽魷魚鬚同京都骨.魚香茄子煲 : 魚香比想像中強, 魚香撲鼻但又好奇怪食唔到咸魚喎, 份量無偷工減料, 中意食蔥嘅我如果有蔥就更好.椒鹽魷魚鬚 : 炸槳頗薄, 所以炸出嚟特別脆口, 比一般餐廳大排檔更香脆, 魷魚鬚亦新鮮彈牙, 推介!京都骨 : 味道偏甜排骨夠juicy, 可惜份量少咗D!另外叫咗杯凍菜密, 味道極淡要改善.餐廳轉咗咁多手緊有D原因, 我嘗試用風水角度睇吓搵唔搵到原因, 左望望右昅昅, 見到有D問題, 記然有緣遇到老板娘咪俾吓見意囉, 祝佢生意興隆啦! 點咗個魚香茄子煲, 椒鹽魷魚鬚同京都骨.
