To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

原本為母親補祝生日,卻換來一肚氣🥲。首先,食物沒有特別平(有些還有點貴),真材實料和有驚喜就是值得多花費,但這間完全沒有這個感覺。(除了花膠雲吞雞和煎米粉)我們原本點的菜式:咕嚕肉椒鹽九肚魚(沒有九肚魚,改點墨魚咀,也沒有,最後只有粟米😕)黑椒薯仔牛柳粒西蘭花炒蝦仁魷魚家鄉煎米粉(材料又有魷魚。。)濃湯花膠雲吞雞八珍豆腐煲(材料依然又是魷魚和蝦)XO醬小炒王(材料依然又是魷魚)這個餐單。。我們應該是被魷魚嚇倒了😩說到底,我們還不太清楚每樣餸菜裏面的材料,也只怪自己沒有問清楚。但這樣一般家常小菜,出面也會有正常的匙羹筷子碗碟供應,這裏用的全是膠碗,紙碟,木筷子😣這樣的比茶餐廳服務更差的餐廳,連要求熱茶,也要等很久(他們說忘記了開熱水制😕,奉茶不是最基本嗎?)很不想寫這些評價,但我相信,現今的香港需要的是服務,有時比食物質素跟重要。不要老是說生意難做,請檢討一下你們的服務水平吧!

雖然我住土瓜灣,唔係朋友生日帶我黎,我都未必會去這間鋪食飯,經常落半閘,今次朋友慶祝60歲生日,約左11位朋友到場,可以叫好多個餸。等朋友陸續到場,當然叫餐前小食先食住等,傾住等朋友到椒鹽鮮魷~用細魷魚鬚炸,份量都可以,加椒鹽味道不錯。沙薑雞腳~以為係凍食,原來即煮,唔會太咸,好食。小炒皇~韮皇,大蝦乾,腰果同魷魚炒夠鑊氣椒鹽粟米~無諗過粟米都可以炸得咁好食雞軟骨~都炸得唔錯,份量都大份鹵水鵝腸~我唔係好食鵝腸,朋友夾左1條俾我試,估唔到咁爽口,同唔難食,食埋底下芽菜覺得好正,可能之前食太多炸物已感油膩。沙薑雞~生日當然要食雞,個雞入味同夠嫩滑蜜糖牛柳粒~呢個朋友話必食,因我唔食牛,唔知好唔好食,我食左2粒薯仔,薯仔外脆,面層係蜜糖味,我覺得味道都不錯。烤魚~終於到啦…等左成晚,朋友話烤魚必食,我試左一塊都覺得好好食,好香烤魚味牛仔骨~我無食到,但最後我見清晒應該係好食西蘭花炒蝦~呢個菜好難煮得唔好食,正常,唔會太油,好怕炒菜落太多油家鄉炒米粉~呢個餐牌無,出黎係圓餅形,一夾係散左米粉,炒得好好食,唔太咸。長壽麵~生日當然要食麵取意長壽今餐飯個個都食得好開心,價錢唔太貴,同每個餸都好食。

一開始係被雞煲同小菜吸引,發現小店有水準,尤其是豬手,不輸蝕附近名氣高的餐廳。後來發現有麻辣燙,個人十分喜歡,有此類型的餐廳亦不算很多款式不算很多,但質數值得一讚,尤其是花枝,牛肉,萵筍,寬粉,都是每次必嗌之一,湯底十分入味,牛肉嫩滑,寬粉彈牙,花枝亦都十分出色性價比高,同湯底好食,鍾意食麻辣燙嘅好值得一試👍🏻

早幾日約左朋友係土瓜灣有野做,做完野就話不如食埋夜晚先返去😍 咁緊係話好架啦!難得見到都幾耐無見既中學同學😆我地三個女仔經過富和飯店,被門口寫住188蚊雞煲再送6罐啤酒吸引左😍 真係好抵!原來原價要288架,依家188蚊有全隻真係好平🤤入到去覺得間餐廳都算係幾光猛、幾乾淨,一開頭七點幾坐低個時人唔多,但之後就坐滿左🥳老闆娘好好人!又吹得,又好人,見到佢開左副啤牌比其中一檯客人玩添😯 好難得,好有人情味!我地嗌唐生菜,佢又送左少少通菜比我地食🤤例湯好好飲,真材實料、無味精!對於我地呢啲少湯水既香港人黎講,碗湯真係都幾吸引😻重點黎啦!係雞煲!!我地嗌左小辣,辣度岩岩好,唔會好似有啲餐廳咁太鹹,又唔會辣到食唔到材料既原味😋😋😋 真係好好食!我地仲嗌左2個白飯3個人share,啲雞好好送飯🤤 真係要再encore,我地三個人食到好飽但都唔捨得停手🤣最後仲加左個唐生菜,因為懶健康既我地又話無菜食唔得🤣 其實雞煲都有洋蔥、三色椒、蔥個啲配料。滿足到食完要捧住個肚走🤤🤤🤤 一個人一百蚊都唔洗真係抵到爛😭 一定會再黎encore!見到佢仲有酸菜魚,好似都好吸引😋 又有唔同既煲,土瓜灣又唔遠,一定會黎慢慢試,振興經濟呀嘛😆
