To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

上次10:55入到嚟接埋架車，11:01食唔到早餐。今次出嚟辦年貨，一早過嚟覆桌個薯餅。今次10:05嚟到，點都有得嗌早餐，今次捉埋個鄰居出嚟導佢下坑，薯餅真係世一。今次食第三次一樣好味，不過今次就冇嗌沙嗲牛肉螺絲粉，反而嗌咗個咖喱牛腩螺絲粉。食落去第一啖感覺似葡汁多過咖喱汁，跟住個鄰居話落兩滴辣椒油試下咩景況，我跟隊落辣椒油。果然神轉變，即刻變咗做咖喱汁。唔通一汁兩味？唔理！總之調一調味成個感覺返晒嚟。同埋啲牛腩都幾大嚿，早餐係完勝。唔似得某啲連鎖餐廳，d牛腩扭扭粉得兩粒腩碎。
