見好多人都介紹神燈海鮮酒家,今次都等我試吓佢哋銅鑼灣分店先,由入門口小橋流水嘅江南古典裝潢到室內紅燈籠、竹簡餐牌都系打卡熱點,用餐環境舒適。設有好多卡位,圓枱座位之間有空間感。黑松露玻璃燒鵝必食嘅招牌菜之一,經過秘製黑松露醬汁醃製,外皮呈現黑亮色澤而香脆,肉質鮮嫩,非常肥美,搭配特製醬汁,風味獨特。糯米炒膏蟹都係招牌菜之一,以邪惡的蟹膏與香脆糯米飯完美結合,味道鮮美。砂煲熱氣騰騰呈上,糯米飯香氣撲鼻,粒粒分明且帶有微微的焦香,完美吸收了蟹的鮮味,賣相非常吸引。金沙鬼馬百花釀油條神燈海鮮酒家的創意小食,金黃酥脆的油條包裹住滿滿的蝦膠,而油條上用厚厚的鹹蛋黃醬油炸,香脆飽滿,散發著濃郁的香氣,真係勁邪惡!翡翠珊瑚炒帶子色彩鮮豔,表面煎香,卻保留咗帶子的鮮嫩,大大粒帶子好高質。搭配咗西芹,色香味俱全。石澳梅菜蒸菜心擺盤出色,菜心蒸到岩岩好,保留咗脆感和鮮甜。搭配的梅菜,與鹹香結合,再淋上薑蔥和甜豉油,味帶有微微的甜味,整體的味道層次好豐富。
