話說有次嚟樟木頭嘅老人院做義工,得知附近嘅神召會裡面有間餐廳。呢度只招待神召會教職人員和學生。我地有朋友係呢度嘅教徙,果次訂左一圍枱,食過佢嘅拿手小菜之後,一試愛上,之後就成為我地飯堂。佢嘅拿手菜式有蟲草花千層塔、士多啤梨骨、浸烏頭、仲有可以預訂海鮮,味道真係唔錯,又無味精,價錢都算合理同埋都夠大碟。呢度人手唔多,全部樓面功夫都係要自己一手一腳搞,好似舖枱布、拿碗筷、載飯和湯、收枱都係自己嚟,港童就未必鍾意嚟呢度食。呢度加$10可以無限添白飯和例湯,鍾意食飯嘅人食多兩碗,真係咩都賺晒 但係我嚟親都係鍾意食炒粉炒飯,所以多數都唔加錢食白飯。 海鮮豆腐煲。一睇佢賣相已經好吸引,你睇下有紅蘿蔔切成蝴蝶做伴碟,就知佢幾有心機啦。材料有蝦,帶子、鮮魷、冬菇、豆腐,底下墊有小白菜。蝦夠大隻又爽,帶子同鮮魷份量都唔少,個獻汁有少少酒香味,炸豆腐亦都吸收咗個汁嘅精華,好味。楊州炒飯係金生嘅至愛,佢亦都好欣賞呢度嘅炒飯,炒得粒粒分明幾靚,楊州炒飯真係無得輸荷葉餅香酥鴨,第一次食呢味菜,真係不愧為香酥,鴨件外邊包住金黃色嘅皮幾咁酥脆,可以想象到一咬落去幾咁脆卜卜呢,我就專登搵啲肥少少嘅鴨肉嚟食,口感外脆
