因為要抗疫初一至初三都無聊在家,初三赤口決定出關消費,振興經濟。去咗 Elements shopping, 差唔多要諗吓今晚食啲乜,亦考慮了六點前嘅金唐食,但又唔想四五點咁早食晚飯,於是決定買外賣回家慢慢嘆。高級商場內餐廳雖然不少,但要考慮埋價錢,父母也喜歡食上海菜於是就揀咗「稻成阿丁」我哋隨便揀咗幾款餸菜和甜品,共花了四百多元,已經夠三個人食 ,新年都係要食得好少少,所以我認為價錢係合理嘅。出菜唔算來大約等咗10分鐘至15分鐘左右,包裝得好齊整返到屋企仍然是一滴不漏。孜然手抓排骨$158一打開過已經聞到孜然粉嘅香氣,共有五大件一字排骨,排骨見見分量十足所以真係要用手拎起食,正如北方人一樣豪氣。排骨雖然瘦肉偏多但食落去一啲都唔靭,相當有口感,霸氣的孜然粉基本上是調味的焦點,令肉類更加提香,令肉排的肉香更升華。稻成炒飯$148精髓是加入鮮香的鮑魚汁調味,醬汁與飯粒融為一體,炒飯粒粒分明,像是給滿醬汁一樣,圓潤飽滿,更加入元貝和蝦仁提鮮、芹菜粒喎雞粒增加口感。用料十足,一致認為師傅炒得好出色。乾煸四季豆 $98是四川人的家常小菜,基本上都系辣,今次叫咗大廚小辣,所以味道會以大蒜為主,四季豆

是四川人的家常小菜,基本上都系辣,今次叫咗大廚小辣,所以味道會以大蒜為主,四季豆口感爽脆,炒得乾香微辣,肯定是惹味開胃的送飯菜式。
