福陞高照鴻運椰汁年糕

雖然還未到大年初一，但過年必吃，喻意步步高陞的年糕早已嚐過，其中之一，是荃灣悅來酒店的「福陞高照鴻運年糕」。雖然傳統年糕萬變不離其宗，味道不會有太大變化，不過這沒有下防腐劑的椰汁年糕，味道香甜，糕身煙韌，只要輕煎一下，無論加不加蛋，味道都不錯呢！
