食慣燒味嘅我,同女朋友一齊嚟試下依間馳名燒味舖本身諗住就收舖,可能質素會下降所以抱住唔大嘅期望嗌咗碗 燒鵝切雞瀨同叉燒燒鵝瀨樓面呀姐話切雞賣曬,所以轉咗燒鵝油雞瀨仲未回過神嚟,兩碗瀨粉就已經上台了油雞、叉燒、燒鵝都好有色澤飲一淡個湯,濃郁嘅燒味汁都滲入咗湯底,一個字'正'!燒鵝皮酥脆,肉質中上偏滑,唔會得骨,搭配上酸梅汁一流;叉燒睇落去好厚實,半肥瘦,一咬落去,成夠叉燒喺口中融咗,好鬆軟,肥而不膩,啱曬我依啲鍾意'啖啖肉'嘅食肉獸;油雞,都值得一試,皮薄肉滑唯一值得改善嘅喺位置偏窄
