To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

南丫島真係一個好寫意既地方，遇著week day 遊客唔多，真係可以慢慢探索一下呢個異國風情既地方🤗。未入黎南丫島之前，一心只係覺得食海鮮，無咩其他選擇，點知今次二日一夜，反而無食過海鮮😂😂。其他野食仲有驚喜，一早醒左，四圍行下，發現呢間德記茶餐廳，外面好似舊式冰室咁樣，不過入面應該係新裝修過，好乾淨😊。見到早餐牌，竟然有久違左既回鍋肉，以前細個好鍾意食回鍋肉通粉😍，但係唔知係唔係而家啲罐頭好貴，而家已經好少餐廳早餐有回鍋肉嘅選擇😅，好懷念嘅味道，其實只係一般罐頭嘅回鍋肉，但係佢嘅份量都唔少，同埋啲通粉係粗坑紋好大粒嗰款，索曬啲湯汁，好好食。另外沙嗲牛肉出前一丁，啲牛肉都唔錯，奶茶茶味都好香濃😋。悠悠閒閒一個早上，可以搵返兒時嘅回憶，心情真係好relax 😎。
