To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚放工買左個叉燒燒肉飯加例湯外賣，點知返到屋企一打開盒飯，竟然只係得燒肉！雖然一定搭兩件唔係頭就尾，但今次5舊燒肉搭左2舊剩肥膏加塊硬皮又冇肉，1舊豬骨，剩低可以食既肉只得2舊，但其中1舊硬到乾，双拼價錢買得2舊燒肉，簡直錢！！打去舖頭，一句唔好意思都冇，只係重覆講"唔係我斬"，叫我落去舖頭換！大佬呀！放左工已經散晒！買左飯盒返左屋企換晒衫準備食飯重要走番落去....咪玩啦！重問我想點！完全冇誠意！駛唔駛我教呀？你可以講"唔好意思，你隨時落黎我哋斬番D叉燒比你"，個客咪冇禁嬲囉！其實上次買已經好差，只不過因為幫襯左好多年，比多次機會佢，點知重衰！呢個價錢旺區好多地方都食到，重送例湯！唔需要食頭同尾！
