To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今次唔知已經係第幾次發生,一係買左唔熟嘅糯米雞,一係好似今次咁,買肉醬米粉,無左肉醬,叫我食齋米。平時無糖呀,無餐具呀,呢d都可以容忍,但今次竟然無左個肉醬,變左仈齋米,乾爭爭,點食,一開始我只係走芽菜,最後買到反上屋企,打開,竟然連肉醬都幫我走埋,叫咪個個人我都聽到佢講走芽菜,出到黎無左肉醬佢唔發覺嫁咩???
