To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天不想外出，大快活下午茶豉油皇雞脾鷄脾肉質嫩滑，份量有一隻手掌咁大，而且鷄脾好入味即煎西多士西多煎得甘黃香脆，配上牛油和煉奶，超级邪惡，份而且西多也算厚身，抵食

豬扒荷葉飯套餐包熱飲$48炸豬扒都幾juicy外脆內軟，荷葉飯好似細隻咗啲，打開炒飯，聞到荷葉香，炒飯裏面有冬菇粒，肉粒，飯粒比爛身，不過常算可以，現在百物騰貴，$48一個套餐還有杯香滑熱奶茶☕️，唔可以太挑剔，可接受😂😂

今日下晝mammy出咗去做嘢，為咗唔想佢返嚟又要忙到一頭煙，我拍哂心口話晚飯由我負責😅 本來我想去街市買餸㗎，點知做得夜咗，唯有搭車去「大快活」買兩盒外賣頂檔。之前都有幫襯開其他分店，小菜質素一向都無問題。點知今次撞哂板，無諗過簡簡單單嘅魚香茄子魚塊煲、京都肉排都可以咁古怪👉🏻👈🏻先講個「魚香茄子魚塊煲」，完全冇魚香嘅味道，感覺似一碟肉醬另加幾舊炸魚塊喺旁邊，幾樣配料就好似煮好哂再夾硬擺埋一齊咁，外貌同味道都非常古怪。至於個京都肉排，唔知點解師傅居然喺入邊加入茄子（同肉排嘅份量1:1），我都係第一次見。呢度小菜，我喺其他大快活分店都有買過，配搭完全唔係咁。究竟係真比錯我，定係改咗煮法呢?!

今年新年無晚市堂食，不少食店推出新春盆菜，買一盆返屋企大家圍住食，寓意賺錢賺到盆滿缽滿。食唔起酒店出品，屋企買左連鎖快餐店出品，$398供六位用，算是市面上划算之選。食物方面，鮑魚夠腍，荔芋雞好味，東坡肉算鬆化，南乳豬手有少少韌；叉燒厚身大大件，望落好乾，好彩食落又唔會；魷魚，豬皮，冬菇夠腍，仲有貢丸，山筋，菜等。.雖然無咩貴價食材，但平民價錢，賣相豐富幾足料，味道唔差，整體性價比算高。不過每款食物雖然有六件，我覺得單一個盆菜又唔夠六個人食飽。
