To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

餐廳門面以及裝修都十分普通,但禾稈冚珍珠 ~馳名排骨麵,看似簡單但要整得好一點都不容易。排骨和麵分開上, 即叫即炸炸得金黃的排骨(炸豬扒, 切開約六至七件) 相當鬆軟,肉質是沒有經過鬆肉粉的洗禮, 還保存有肉汁,一點也不覺油膩。上海麵的口感有彈性,  配襯著加有金蒜青蔥的清湯底, 味道更好 ~菜肉雲吞麵一樣好食,非常足料大大隻既雲吞,餡料十足,雲吞皮又薄又滑唔會太厚值得一試!鯪魚肉腐皮卷,呢兩樣野加埋一齊好香好脆口,讚!炸豆腐,炸得一點也不油膩, 而且極度鬆脆,讚!酸梅湯,食咁多野,配返杯酸梅湯飲就岩晒喇,開胃呀嘛!紫菜腐皮卷 : 炸得一點也不油膩, 而且極度鬆脆, 腐皮中夾有一塊紫菜, 好食之味是在乎於豆香及紫菜的惹味除了他們的招牌排骨炒麵外,我亦很喜歡吃他們的湯麵。很少鋪頭有竹笙做配料

菜肉雲吞麵一樣好食,非常足料大大隻既雲吞,餡料十足,雲吞皮又薄又滑唔會太厚值得一試!
