來到年尾又係好好奬勵自己嘅一個時間, 今次同朋友選擇左嚟食廚師發板,位於尖咀柯士甸路呢一帶餐廳臥虎藏龍,好多新食肆,其中呢間 松,我想試好耐啦!被安排入坐於廚師旁邊嘅吧枱,睇到廚師嘅刀功,個人感覺很好!面前嘅刺身琳琅滿目,未開始食已經好興奮!先來小食帶子裙邊,配上小小沙律醋,好開胃。然後是刺身五點,火炙帶子,池魚,呑拿魚,魷魚。鮮甜無筋。魷魚切條上好特別而且格外爽口。壽司選擇亦多!個人應為三文魚子最好食,粒粒又圓又大, 晶瑩剔透,咬下於口中卜一聲爆開,魚籽鮮味充斥味蕾!海膽亦超creamy ,好不新鮮!牡丹蝦,北寄貝則平平無其,不過不失。玉子亦讚!不會過甜失真,可惜上桌時已凍,相信如果熱食更好!拖羅亦入口即溶,油脂豐富!海鰻亦有驚喜!成晚最驚喜反而係呢一個大蜆麵豉湯,入落麵豉味不太濃,反而浸出啖啖蜆香,好鮮味!天婦羅感謝略嫌炸得太久,頗油膩。最後薑味雪糕特別,薑味突出,雪糕滑。其實有時食廚師發板係想食一啲特別,平時Menu上冇嘅嘢,如果可以有小小驚喜菜式會更好。
