友人話想食下特色中菜,所以今日就約左佢去旺角既私家廚房試下餐廳位置近油麼地地鐵站,一出去行兩步就到架喇,夠哂方便。本身簡呢間餐廳因爲openrice既comment唔錯,而且相都幾正咁,一試左果然名不虛傳。今次叫左三樣菜,兩個人食夠哂架喇,因為佢分量都唔錯。第一樣係椒鹽大連鮑魚,我同友人一人兩隻。本時食開鮑魚多數都清蒸,所以試下椒鹽。原來真係唔錯架播,炸完其實仲好有鮮味,但食落仲香口左好多,要平衡鮮同椒鹽味其實好難,但呢間餐廳就處理得好。第二樣係潮式油浸咸鮮黃花,呢個仲係餐廳職員推介。食落果然無介紹錯,原條黃花炸過,但完全唔會好油,外皮酥脆但魚肉仲好鮮,加埋佢既咸味,用泥送飯真係一流。最後一樣就係腐乳通菜,菜好爽脆加埋腐乳味剛剛好,真係要食多碗飯先夠。最後餐廳仲送左冰震菠蘿,甜酸再冰凍用泥解返之前既濃味菜,真係想得周道。總結,餐廳真係好適合一家大細同三五知紀去飯聚,我絕對會再去幫襯
