官塘工廈近年有好多新食店,友人今日帶我去試下其中一間,今晚食私房菜.入門口已經見到佢有水耕菜自己種嘅所以個沙律係有機沙律菜伴芝麻醬沙律菜真係好新鮮好好味,車厘茄非常之甜對我來講唯一嘅不足就係個沙律汁有芥辣味.川味手拍青瓜同埋涼拌鮑魚菇一齊上碟,涼拌鮑魚菇好香麻油味,好好食係意料之外手拍青瓜好明顯係手切青瓜,但係都好味青瓜都好甜可能都係自己種果d茶燻流心蛋伴黑魚子醬配厚切茄子,賣相好精緻,炸咗既厚切茄子上面有流心蛋然後有少少黑魚子醬,流心蛋好香茶燻味,加少少黑魚子醬個味道就啱啱好啦!原盅燉哈密瓜螺頭黑毛豬肉湯,哈密瓜燉湯聽就聽過好多次,真係飲就第一次,個湯好清,入邊有螺頭同埋有兩舊煲到就黎溶既哈密瓜,仲有兩舊豬肉應該就係黑毛豬,個湯好甜,螺頭同哈密瓜原來好夾,下次返屋企試吓咁煲先!嬉水芙蓉,呢個餸個名好靚,就咁睇個名估唔到咩嚟嘅,上到枱就知啦,原來係蒸蛋白配原粒帶子,佢個蒸蛋白上邊有好濃郁嘅上湯,每一啖都可以有上湯同埋蛋白一齊食,呢個真係幾好味,帶子唔會過熟,啱啱好!清酒南非鮑魚,呢個係冷盤黎,小妹對鮑魚不嬲興趣都唔大,但係呢個就非常非常之好味,佢好淋好香清酒味,應該浸清酒浸左好耐,但又
以呢個價錢有如此高質素嘅食物我覺得係超值嘅,呢啲心機經營小店值得支持一下!
