The Coterie是一間樓上私房菜餐廳, 由於最近人氣大厨Pan Li加盟, 舉辨了今晚的分享會, 有幸被邀請, 當然参與.  餐廳分兩間房間, 一間可容納10人, 另一間可容納14人.  內部裝修簡潔不花巧.  以cocktail形式招待, 踏進其中一間房, 旁边有bar檯, 主辨機構早以準備3款酒招待來賓, 白酒, 紅酒和甜酒.  我嚐了白酒, 好fruity, 清香感覺.  另外還嚐了甜酒, 過甜不太喜歡.  在大家互相介紹閒聊中, 大厨Pan Li 登場了, 他會示範一道菜是Ballotine of bresse chicken infused king crab leg, iberico ham.  可能大厨比較害羞, 說話聲線太弱跟本聽不到講解, 有少少遺憾.  示範完畢後, 登場是數款菜式, 大厨亦會簡略介紹, 還有wine pairing環節, 簡單介紹當中菜式應配合什麼酒.   隨後大家到另一間房間試食, 枱上放置剛才介紹過的菜式, 每件都一口size, 末能盡情嚐到真実的味道.Balik Salmon with Dill & Horseradish - 以三文鱼

Balik Salmon with Dill & Horseradish - 以三文鱼加入了horseradish, 適量調味, 口感嫩滑.
Goose Liver Parfait - 鵝肝茸比起煎油膩感減, 入口即溶, 鵝肝味出.
Rock Melon with Air-dry Beef -  melon打茸似凍湯, 清甜清新, 但配以牛肉乾條有點格格不入.
Vichyssoise with Caviar - 薯仔凍湯, 薯味重, 配以魚子醬, 少許鹹香腥味, 賣相高貴.
Welsh Lamb tartare on Melba Toast - 羶味濃
Chawanmushi infused Foie Gras Mousse - 蒸疍混入鵝肝茸, 不預期的配合, 微微的鵝肝味浸入蛋內, 讚!
Puree of Beetroot & Mint - 粉粉的顏色好吸引女仕, 淡淡的口味可清清口腔, 不錯.
Iberico Pork belly gallantine with Mustard Cognae Sauce - 黑豚肉卷, 用上等五花腩肉, 肉質豐盛, 配以芥茉醬汁, 味蕾豐富.
Ballotine of bresse chicken infused King Crab Leg, Iberico Ham - 這是示範菜式, 將雞肉包入多種材料卷起, 似一條肥大的香腸, 蒸後再煎, 但講真一口食落去雞肉是生的, 可能太厚的原固, 放棄了 
Dark Chocolate Mousse infused Whisky - 好濃好香, 微微的酒味, 全場最喜歡的.
Tiramisu with Marsala - 這道甜品過甜.
整体而言, 菜式配搭新穎, 有創意, 有機會約三五知己來個真真正正的用餐.
