我係火鍋狂人,好鍾意打邊爐,幸好家人朋友都有共同喜好,每個秋冬都會瘋狂打·邊·爐。屋企人今次搵到間尖沙咀私房菜,本來諗住食小菜,點知見到有邊爐打就即刻話食火鍋,我當然奉陪。 輝哥私房菜位處大廈一樓,係冇𨋢搭架,要食好野就先要行一層樓梯消吓脂先~ 上到嚟門口就見到塊「集郵」板,有唔少明星食客嘅相同埋簽名。大廳只有五張枱,都幾細,真係私竇格局咁,大班人嚟絕對可以包晒全場開心gathering。亦有VIP房。火鍋配料選擇列晒喺一張紙度。每日有唔同新鮮海鮮供應︰茶位連醬料費每人$20,提供非一般茶水,店員話壺茶叫做「火麻茶」,對身體好好,又消脂又健康……飲完又唔會訓唔著,阿媽聽完即刻飲返杯。味道幾特別,清清地,又帶小小火麻仁味道。杏汁豬肺鍋$88一嚟到有啲失望,同想像中好唔同,雖有都有啲奶白色,亦有杏仁味,但唔係濃濃嘅杏汁。豬肺份量多,鍋底有好多南北杏,又加左啲西洋菜。阿媽話呢個湯更似佢平時煲開嘅「西洋菜南北杏蜜棗猪肺湯」!特級安格斯牛頸脊(大)$298排到好靚,滿滿雪花紋,入口嫩滑濃牛味,的確係靚牛! 每片都係手切,切到同一大細同一厚度,仲要起雙飛咁切,刀工真係勁!!新鮮鵝腸$88唔係度度有

唔係度度有得食,爽口彈牙大大條,記得放入火鍋篩入邊煮,亦都唔好烚得過長時間,越煮係會越縮同越韌!

第一次食,嚟到都幾大份。食唔到有貝鮑粒,感覺似墨魚滑,上面鋪滿好多瑤柱,加埋幾鮮味,唔錯。

新鮮黑柏葉$88
極難食得到,屋企附近街市都冇得賣,要訂先會有貨,仲要通常都訂唔到。雖然黑色賣相唔討好,但黑柏葉冇經過漂白,梗係健康啲。夾起就知好有彈性,入口俾白柏葉更彈牙,識食梗係食黑柏葉啦。

店員大力推介,唔見其他餐廳有,我地都係第一次聽! 上網查一查,原來係寶嚟,有抗癌作用、降血壓降血糖、益脾、益肺、益腎,係淮山嘅加強版,啱晒老人家,即刻叫左碟試吓。

質地粉粉地,同一般淮山相近,但就多一份甜味。因為新鮮冇雪過,唔駛淥好耐,好快就腍。千祈唔好淥太耐,最好用火鍋篩淥,因為熟左好鬆化,好易煮到溶晒。
