呢日約咗幾個識飲識食嘅朋友,傾吓生意大計,大家揀咗去中環蘇豪區,一間好特別嘅西餐廳餐廳,都幾難搵㗎,喺蘇豪區一幢新嘅大廈裏面,仲要上多一層,私隱度好高,餐廳設計簡約得嚟都幾有貴氣,好明顯係主打靚酒,原來佢係亞洲最具影響力嘅酒評家 James Suckling 主理嘅,佢揀嘅酒當然都係受歡迎嘅葡萄酒啦。今次我哋係晏晝去傾嘢食下午茶,所以就唔係嗌咗好多嘢食,只係嗌咗一啲三文魚啦、炸雞翼啦、炸薯條啦等等,攞嚟配襯美酒,朋友揀咗支酒都好特別,佢話完先幾年前係賣緊八百幾蚊,而家市場已經買到就五千幾蚊,嘩!原來葡萄酒係可以有咁高嘅升值潛力嘅,真係值得學習,有機會要嚟試下個晚餐試下 Wine Paring 先。
