To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 秋涼天氣最適合食煲仔飯,因應地區,所供應款式有所唔同。今次食豉汁臘腸排骨飯配特飲凍巨峰提子梳打,等了10分鐘左右就能取餐,唔算太耐,先打開煲蓋淋上豉油再蓋多幾分鐘,排骨鋪滿飯表面,搭著一條臘腸,視覺上個煲好似比上年細,排骨滑嫩、味道適中、有飯焦。至於特飲是濃縮汁溝雪碧,雖然已表示走冰,但冰仍然多,下次都唔特別加特飲。總結:煲仔飯keep到水準,而且唔使等好耐,個煲好似比以往細,特飲冇咩特別加上唔好飲。
