To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 秋冬就緊係最好去食蛇!港島老字號店 - 蛇王芬,最出名就係他們的蛇羹,佢地的蛇羹真材實料,又足料,食完個人全身暖笠笠,手腳都唔再冰凍!蛇羹除左有蛇肉絲,仲有雞絲、冬菇絲、木耳絲等等,蛇肉仲要新鮮的,非常值得黎一試!秋冬仲點少得食煲?我們今次食這個豬潤啫啫雞煲,雞件多肉又滑,豬潤入口爽又唔腥,件件都咁大件,而且成個煲超入味好正!真心推介~除了食蛇同煲,呢到都仲有其實粉麵炒小菜架,我們還點了楊州炒飯同茄汁煎蝦碌。楊州炒飯食回從前小時候的味道,真的好懷念,粒粒金香的黃金炒飯,還有叉燒粒和蝦仁生菜絲,越經典越顯手藝~ 而茄汁煎蝦碌,酸酸甜甜的茄汁,配上煎炸過的大頭蝦,蝦肉新鮮不霉,彈牙爽口,可以作為開胃的海鮮小食!最後再來養生的飲料,整餐飯都非常之養生,超讚👍🏻
