秋冬蒞臨,大胃嘅秋冬to-do-list好長其中一項一定係食串燒,有時候,串燒真係要喺街邊食先有氣氛太子有間新開嘅日本串燒檔,去到好似嚟咗日本掃街咁雞肉棒燒出嚟嘅顏色好靚,用佢嚟攪勻蛋漿再放入口,層次完美雞翼話冇骨又真係冇骨,完全放心咬落去,連軟骨都唔多覺有,極嫩口雞心彈性十足,醬汁夠香口雞皮嗦嗦聲勁脆卜卜,好似食薯片咁豬頸肉唔似出面肥厚,應該係靚豚肉,唔係打針豬肉,但仍然有彈性同爽口牛肉亦唔係大大塊,但勝在嫩滑有肉香大胃估赤魚一夜干係日本版嘅熟成魚肉,鹹香剛好,魚肉實淨滑身,燒得外脆內鮮焦糖菠蘿證明老細功力雄厚,唔需要大量焦糖,果肉已經極之香甜,大胃以為佢浸咗好耐鹽水先做到,但佢話冇浸過反而有啲秘技令菠蘿燒得咁甜,想知就自己chok吓老細喇
