去完韓國返來都係發現香港的前菜最啱口味，唔會太辣，可以任添，薯蓉蘿白都好食，最特別係個蓮藕，好爽脆，用左黑芝麻醬裹面，好好食。先來個醬油盛盒，好厚身的帶子，啖啖肉，鮑魚有咬口，大蝦好鮮味。牛方面有4款，牛小排紋路好靚，和牛三筋肉咬落唔會太靭，牛舌好彈牙，牛肋肉厚身有牛味。上之前，待應會喺入面bomp 煙霧，來的時候就更有氣氛💕五花肉同梅花肉的肥瘦度剛剛好，燒完之後好香口，肥的部分都唔會油膩，夾埋生菜同泡菜食就最正。每人一碗仔的水冷麵，中和左食燒肉的油膩感，麵質好彈牙，酸酸甜甜好解膩。最後的驚喜係芝士蛋糕，意想不到的creamy 同綿密，完全係食到唔想停，好好食！
