To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

秋日嚐蟹自助晚餐

第一次光顧這家餐廳的自助晚餐。主題是蟹，但多款蟹菜色都頗失望。長腳蟹只有咸不鮮甜，麵包蟹更差沒有蟹味，蟹粉伴脆米餅夠味但米餅不夠脆，花雕酒蛋白蒸蟹的花雕味和蟹味都不突出。其他熱菜和泰式沙律做得比較好，例如避風塘炒蟹、炆牛尾、炒西芹炒蔬菜、蟹肉芒果沙律、木瓜沙律等等。全晚質素最有保證的是Movenpick 雪糕😂😅經濟唔好，要推出半價優惠吸客也是無奈的。但將貨就價，讓顧客留下不理想的體驗，未必是好策略呀。
