秋風起,過了中秋重陽,又到了吃蛇進補的季節,於是這晚又連同三五知己來到華商享用一番。花膠絲燴五蛇羹以五種蛇肉熬製而成,蛇肉絲切得幼細嫩滑;加上冬荀、冬菇、木耳、雞絲及店家特意加入的花膠絲,口感多元充滿層次;入口清甜不覺膩而且黏稠度足,配料不會沈沒在底部。生炸百花蛇丸伴金磚豆腐外皮炸成金黃色的百花蛇肉丸入口酥脆,內裡鮮嫩多汁,彈牙有嚼頭;而金磚豆腐則豆香十足,皮肉相依,同樣香脆細滑。家鄉臘味糯米飯表面水潤有光澤感,入口顆粒分明,軟熟煙韌,證明火侯控制恰到好處,夠熱而不至乾身;臘味脂肪比例少,咸脆香口,屬高質數貨色。
