To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

秋風起特別想打邊爐食雞煲，天氣涼涼哋，特別好胃口，今晚好想食新鮮雞煲，辣辣哋刺激一下味蕾。太子花園街原來有一間人氣 亞南鷄煲，食麻辣花膠鷄煲的餐廳，望望價錢也不貴，一於入去試試。花膠雞煲(新鮮雞)估唔到新鮮雞的味道咁有驚喜，份量十分多，雞肉肉質好，配合醬汁好夾，而且我哋仲追加了刺身級數日本帆立貝。辣度揀了小麻辣，麻香撲鼻，入口雞肉味道鮮甜惹味，辣度令人胃口大開。椒鹽鮮鮑魚跟住再食埋椒鹽鮮鮑魚，鮑魚熟度剛剛好，外酥脆裏面嫩滑彈牙，食落鮮嫩彈牙，鮮味十足，口感味道俱佳。尖椒皮蛋拼北京小黃瓜超愛皮蛋，味道鮮美，小黃瓜甜酸辣味恰到好處。野生竹笙皇勁大條，入口爽脆彈牙，吸收了湯底精華，令到野生竹笙皇提升不少鮮味。手切極品肥牛極品肥牛肉色紅潤，脂肪分布平均，油花爆滿，軟滑肉質伴上濃郁雞湯，色香味一應俱全，肉質軟嫩有質素！雜果冰超大杯，冰凍爽！
