開始有秋意,咁啱就同frd去咗工廈食呢間秋意。🍁🍂🍂 我哋就咁叫咗兩個便當🍱🍱嚟食。佢就食酸梅子元蹄,我就揀咗食豉油雞,打算返璞歸真啲,因為越簡單就越難做出水準🤔🤔。秋意豉油雞(去骨)便當🍱+柚子蜜雖然話係豉油雞,但係豉油就唔係好鹹,而且亦都好入味,肉質鮮嫩得嚟又有咬口,我就覺得OK喎~ 好欣賞老闆仲幫啲豉油雞去埋骨,等我哋呢啲怕食有骨🦴嘢嘅人,都可以一無掛慮咁樣放膽食!😋再講,夾埋有飯素嘅白飯食呢⋯⋯所有嘢就變得good fit lah~~~😎食得便當,又點少得啲涼菜同半隻溏心蛋嘅配菜加持一下呢~ 除咗主菜之外,有呢啲配菜夾埋嚟食,我覺得無論食定睇都係緊要嘅!! 至於柚子茶,我覺得份量都算幾多下,我諗有成300ml左右,老闆仲要好細心咁放咗入去一個應該係保溫嘅杯俾我飲,而且味道都係濃濃嘅,睇落亦都幾足料嘅~~~最後想講講嘅係⋯⋯偷聽到老闆同客人嘅對話。除咗講今日食咩之外,大家亦都互相傾偈關心下,老闆亦會因應客人嘅要求,做一啲小小嘅調整,感覺係幾窩心,仲有少少深夜食堂嘅感覺添~😆😆
