To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 秋風起,🦀糕蟹肥,又是飽吃蟹粉制品的好時節。說起蟹粉,當然要到上海飯店。🦀🍜蟹粉撈麵金黃色的蟹粉湯羹豪氣地淋在上海幼麵上。湯羹有蟹糕那鹹鹹鮮鮮,那濃郁的香氣。要趁熱騰騰時盡快把麵與羹拌均勻,那時的滋味是最好。否則擺放著涼了,麵條會乾成一坨。但也別擔心🤭餐廳有附送麵湯,可以加入使麵條軟化。🦀🥟蟹粉小籠包小籠包真是上海菜裡經典中的經典。但爆蟹粉湯的小籠包真是第一次吃,而且每個小籠包個頭有如包子大😂是「大籠包」呢。還附上生姜絲醋,倒入小籠包內,酸酸爽爽另一種滋味。🍅🐟松子魚原條魚酥炸,以波蘿蕃茄等酸果炒成酸醋汁,加上香口松子仁,下飯佳餚。🍬🥯紅糖糍粑貓太太本來以為紅糖醬是淋在糍粑上,沒想到竟然是藏在炸糍粑中,以軟心的姿態呈現!又糯又甜又脆,大愛❤️
