話說早幾個禮拜樓下幫襯開呢檔街頭小食舖既老闆,突然講話會休息兩個禮拜裝修。當時我都打個突,心諗裝修都好既,舖面望落會整潔啲舒服嘛。點知過左個幾禮拜都無咩動靜,差啲以為佢唔做,少咗檔咁多香港街頭小食既檔口會好可惜架嘛。最後過左兩個幾星期,見到遠處有檔新開張,門口放晒花牌祝賀。再望真啲賣啲咩同班伙記係咩人,發覺原來係係街頭小食呢檔搬左舖位。第一時間,梗係買番個炸蠔餅,止下癮先。其實尋日中午嗰餐先食完生蠔嚟,今晚再食蠔仔。一個貴,一個平,但都同樣好味。美味,真係可以好簡單。呢期啲蠔仔好鬼肥,望見到流口水。老闆「蠔餅專家」話啲蠔仔呢期「當造」喎。今次叫左老闆幫我加啲碎芫茜一齊炸。蠔、芫茜、葱花幾種都係帶有腥味既食材,炸完加上胡椒粉,真係香到街尾都聞得到。正常老闆炸啲蠔餅係炸完先加芫茜的,但我覺得加埋一齊炸會有多陣清甜味,正!由於未食晚飯,今次加左幾串串燒。唔知係咪街頭本身有檔都賣串燒有競爭,感覺上依家好似大串咗,幸好價錢不變。所以話,有競爭,先有進步。當然,最開心嘅梗係消費者啦。除此之外,可以挑剔下嘅就係,好多時佢啲串燒已經係燒好咗放喺度,好處當然係客人可以快啲買到唔駛等咁耐,但唔好嘅係,翻燒

由於未食晚飯,今次加左幾串串燒。唔知係咪街頭本身有檔都賣串燒有競爭,感覺上依家好似大串咗,幸好價錢不變。所以話,有競爭,先有進步。當然,最開心嘅梗係消費者啦。除此之外,可以挑剔下嘅就係,好多時佢啲串燒已經係燒好咗放喺度,好處當然係客人可以快啲買到唔駛等咁耐,但唔好嘅係,翻燒的話啲肉質有時會乾身咗少少,比著我就寧願等耐啲嘞。仲有,我個人較喜歡啲肉唔好醃得太重鹽,否則會蓋過咗本身肉味同沙嗲味整體上就會缺少咗份鮮味了。
