Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

科大係一個美食沙漠

是日同朋友去小夏威夷徑行山，落到黎就係科大，於是去左科大搵野食。上一次去科大應該都成8年前左右，完全唔認得路亦唔知邊度有野食。望下地圖其實選擇不多，於是就走去最平既canteen LG7度食。呢度其實有幾個suppliers，同朋友不約而同都食拉麵。如圖。其實唔會好難食，不過亦唔係好食啦當然。唯一特點就係平，我雞扒加豬軟骨拉麵$30，朋友個個都差唔多上下。D枱都幾污糟，可能因為星期六黎，無乜員工返工清理。見到隔離枱食一個好頹好頹又唔覺有咩料既烏冬，我相信個碗野應該係成個canteen最難食既野，但見到都有幾個人食緊，十分驚奇，好想知係咩黎同幾多錢。俾喊喊，係因為有中大既canteen做比較，中大的話除左當年UC can同franklin，真係是但一間都高汁過佢。
