To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我之前成日都會光臨科學園囍慶,但因有一次母親節食飯令我們好唔開心,因為太遲出菜所以,我都無再去,但事情都已經過去今次我們一家人再次光臨該酒樓,發覺服務,食物賣相,出菜時間都比以前改善很多特別是點心及小食臘味蘿蔔糕,色澤金黃,臘味料多,蘿蔔味重,內裡有一條條蘿蔔絲,口感一流蜜汁叉燒飽:賣相普通,但一食之下,叉燒汁馬上湧出來,有一種流沙的感覺,叉燒饀新鮮而不大件,飽皮食下去唔黏口,入口即熔xo醬炒腸粉:呢個真係好好食,配料方面:有芽菜,芝麻,蛋花,洋蔥另外當然不可缺少的是腸粉啦!炒得很有(獲氣),而且夠辣而入味
