To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

科學園譚仔外賣多次漏單錯單，仲拒絕退款！早兩個月已經錯過幾次單，不過都起碼仲有野食食得飽，算。呢兩日就開始離譜！事迹如下:4月15號，點譚仔識食之選套餐，其中包一份一人豬耳，我再另加3隻雞翼，結果漏一人豬耳。本人經外賣平台要求退款，被拒絕，理由係「已經出餐」4月16號，與同事再點兩份識食之選餐，另外再加一份大份豬耳，又漏單，要求退款時被以同樣理由拒絕。我與同事三次致電店舖，頭兩次無人接聽，第三次「喂」兩次之後被cut線。最後同事直接致電總公司投訴，方得退款。但重點係，唔係志在你地果幾廿蚊退款，而係你做錯野又唔認，認你又唔改，改你又改錯。想食個飯都要一而再再而三咁受氣，係咪你地覺得好好玩？
