To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

有一日去科學園踏單車,諗住去食下野,點知原來科學園有一間酒樓佢既格調和其他酒樓不一,好有outside feel服務方面都幾好,起碼有人換碟懷舊臘腸卷:皮很鬆化,賣相好食下去唔(痴牙),而且臘腸不太肥膩,肥瘦適中神奇豬腳薑:究竟有幾神奇,其實即是普通豬腳薑,不過要整得好味都唔易ga豬腳已很入甜醋味,口感入口即蓉,而薑是選用老薑,醋唔酸而帶有甜味
