魷魚翼,嫩嫩爽爽汁滴滴,沙嗲汁惹味醒神,咖哩滲得透徹水潤。雞腎,技術最高超就係燒到中間仍有一絲粉紅,爽脆多汁回味無窮!麻辣雞中翼,少少麻少少辣作點綴不嗆不過份,輕輕醃味襯上滑溜雞肉食得過!腸仔,實淨有肉味,味道咸濃濁,雖然質地爽爽多汁但始終受不了。叉燒粒,鬆化帶彈,不過極咸。豬扒,乾硬鞋兼備,極咸受不了!

牛扒,醬油味重重,幸好只少少過咸,少少滑牛味道,咬落有點頑固,給多點牙力便可以。台灣腸臘,腸味略咸,皮脆肉嫩甜甜的,充滿脂香。海蝦,完全入晒雪,唯有放在爐上邊解凍邊燒。竟然蝦爽有蝦甜味,可接受唔難食。
