食友都知我鍾意東南亞嘢,強烈推介呢間小店「蝦麵店」,尤其馬來西亞,雖則喺幾鍾意,就連檳城都去過兩次,但鰂魚涌對我嚟講都喺覺得有點遠,遲遲都未有起動計劃。卒之,扚起心肝,專誠走訪一次,以支持小店。講明喺小店,地方就梗喺唔大啦,因為廚房就設晌近門口位,經過窄窄嘅通道(其實,已經喺一列吧位嚟),入少少嘅用餐區,目測估計都哋十零多個位,而且,仲有少少逼逼夾夾嘅感覺,估計人多時,會出現背貼背嘅情況。整體裝修比較簡單,喺入面牆角兩面牆貼上好多黑白嘅檳城相片,都喺一啲老照片,顯示舊時檳城嘅社會景象。餐牌,即哋喺外賣單張,晌單張中刻意註明「源自1942年傳統檳城福建麵秘方」,基本上就了解到佢哋主打喺乜,三款湯底:辣味蝦湯麵、咖喱喇沙湯底、豬骨雞湯底,配以不同食材,亦可另加配料,麵底就可以揀油麵、米粉、河粉、檬粉或摻摻。仲有小食、飲品提供,不過,前者只喺炸魚皮及是日油菜兩款,欠缺一啲檳城地道特色嘢。海鮮麵辣味蝦湯底摻摻 $75本意喺想試佢哋嘅咖喱喇沙湯底,但店主話啱啱賣晒,喺有點失望,但無理由山長水遠嚟到唔食就走架,而店主話佢哋嘅辣味蝦湯底亦好出色,值得一試,所以,就點咗一配「海鮮麵辣味蝦湯底」,寫明餸

海鮮麵辣味蝦湯底摻摻 $75

本意喺想試佢哋嘅咖喱喇沙湯底,但店主話啱啱賣晒,喺有點失望,但無理由山長水遠嚟到唔食就走架,而店主話佢哋嘅辣味蝦湯底亦好出色,值得一試,所以,就點咗一配「海鮮麵辣味蝦湯底」,寫明餸料有大蝦、魷魚翼、青口、腐角同蟹柳,但佔大部份都喺蟹柳嚟。湯底算喺不俗,有鮮蝦香,加上點點辣勁,香辣醒神,麵底就揀咗摻摻,即喺油麵同米粉兩溝,純粹貪過癮。

蝦肉肉骨麵豬骨雞湯底米粉 $72

友人就唔食得辣,所以,就只好乖乖揀豬骨雞湯底,佢話估唔到個湯底又幾清香喎,肉味唔算重,反而覺得有雞香味,兼且有少少黑胡椒嘅辣味。蝦肉唔知點解開咗邊,讓人感覺多啲?但啲肉骨確喺好食,肉質鬆化,同樣有陣陣胡椒香,似喺食緊新加坡式嘅潮州派味道嘅肉骨茶咁,即喺少藥材,重胡椒香氣。

青檸梳打 $17、白咖啡 $15

叫咗麵再嗌嘢飲喺會平少少,小弟諗住食碗辣味蝦湯底摻摻,就飲杯凍飲解解辣,以防萬一,青檸梳打確喺幾清爽,好有青檸香;友人杯白咖啡喺少糖版,求先無意中仲見到店員喺以即沖嘅白咖啡沖成,牌子就睇唔到,但個人覺得既然喺普通即沖貨色,就真喺無需要特別去試。

哈哈,求先落單時,已見到外賣紙寫住原來灣仔都有店,呢間喺第一分店嚟,總之就唔使山長水遠走過嚟啦!
