To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日揸車去黃埔家興掃貨，見到隔離街有間車仔麵幾多人食，就簡簡單單食個lunch。.呢間車仔麵店選擇極多，比一般車仔麵檔多野擇，重點冷氣夠晒凍，岩晒我行到身水身汗😅一麵5餸先收$49，所有貴餸都擇得，新張期間叫碗麵仲送冷熱飲品.(秘製辣汁)菜底配蘿蔔、咖喱辣魷魚、南乳豬手、炸雞中翼、滷水鮮大腸，雖然有啲誇張，但呢碗野真係好抵食，每樣料都好多，好似雞翼2件、豬手2件、蘿蔔3件、大腸同魷魚成堆🤣 重點係個秘製辣汁底好夠辣得黎好入味😋我叫菜底個菜吸晒啲汁超正。.(麻辣汁) 公仔麵配司華力腸、蠔油花菇、泰式豬頸肉、柱候牛腩、滷水鮮大腸，除左料多之外，想讚下佢呢燒野炸野真係好食，好似個豬頸肉係好爽又彈牙仲脆脆地，牛腩呢唔會hea著俾得少又好食又入味，唯獨係司華力腸比較其他餸就遜色左啲。但麻辣汁味道就比較淡，個人比較喜歡秘製辣汁多啲啲，但麻辣就麻好多既。.小食加左「炸雲吞6隻 $30」、「炸韭菜餃4隻 $18」、「酸齋$18」呢間炸物係出色既，炸餃好脆，有個好強烈對比，好似下下會爆汁咁👍🏻鍾意食脆口野既唔好錯過。.呢間車仔麵都算係有啲驚喜，足料抵食又好味，尤其個秘製辣汁，加油支持多啲小店💪🏻💪🏻
