屋企人好鍾意食燒鵝,試過坊間好多燒鵝專門店,口味各有所長。聽朋友講鑽石山荷里活廣場新開業的「鵞鱻館」有靚燒鵝食,今晚早咗放工一於去試吓先。餐廳走新派中菜路線,一邊座位以弧型設計,優雅時尚,另一邊畫牆更以鵝作主題,設計獨特✨前菜:炸花生,鬆化脆口冇油益味👍🏻燒鵝皇(例)兩個人本來想叫半隻燒鵝,發現例牌份量做特價$108 ,就點了一份例牌留肚食其他餸菜😋鵝嘅品種唔算大隻,有燒鵝香味。燒鵝皮入口勁香脆,是我食過最香脆的鵝皮,連帶着那種鵝油甘香,入口溶化,美味邪惡到難以形容。鵝肉夠香,肉質細嫩,唔會醃到好鹹好重味👍🏻 但偏肥,有肥膏層~食完先算啦  瑤柱海味什菜煲熱辣辣滾住起菜,有蝦乾,雜菌,粉絲,白菜仔和西蘭花,非常豐富,而且吸滿鮮甜的瑤柱海鮮湯底,風味甚佳!😍👍🏻千島一字骨勁粗壯大件嘅一字骨,以千島醬收汁,自家唔容易做。醬汁令一字骨更滑更入味,每件都沾滿醬汁,食到舔舔脷😋最後送上甜品:冬瓜冰粉冰粉是台灣地道甜吃,店員介紹落足心機用咗半日時間自家炮製,把冬瓜皮熬煮再加入冰粉凝固,製造出軟綿滑溜的效果,再加上冬瓜蓉,又甜又冰凍,冬瓜消暑解膩,適合夏季食用。更適合吃完燒鵝中和返油膩感覺。贈送嘅甜
