行山行回到市區已經很攰,家人提議晚飯吃東南亞餐,於是再臨「爺爺雞飯」。今次重臨,餐款又增多了!二人套餐內容選擇多,而且很合心意。前菜/沙律二選一:胡麻雞絲粉皮~香濃麻醬拌勻粉皮配上手撕雞,是冷吃的,雞肉鮮甜美味,清新又開胃的。 馬來輕食八選二:彈彈蝦餅~爽彈又富鮮味的炸蝦餅,十分上火!椒鹽豆腐~又是熱騰騰的炸物,酥香嫩滑可口! 主食十選二:無骨南海雞半隻~滑捋捋又有雞味的黃油雞,去掉骨吃得來更爽!黃金金沙骨~肉排用薄薄的黃金金沙(鹹蛋黃)包裹,吃來乾爽不油膩,鹹蛋黃的甘香與肉鮮十分受歡迎,黃金金沙骨更適宜放在賀年菜餚。特飲: 蝶豆椰香、班蘭咖啡~我的蝶豆椰香,色調浪漫,椰香醉人。甜品:椰汁班蘭糕、黑白芝麻糕~料不是熱烘烘的糕點,班蘭糕有煙靭口感,芝麻糕較綿糯,甜度適宜。三人行,二人套餐內容雖然豐富,仍添加白飯和南洋粿條粉。南洋粿條粉~選材很豐富:鮮味白魚蛋、爽彈豬肉丸、鮮味雞絲和爽滑魚頭片,粿條粉與廣州名吃-沙河粉,外觀有相似,但口感略有不同,粿條粉口感較軟滑,配此上湯吃,鮮味不鹹。
